Refunds, returns and exchange policy
All sales are final. We only accept returns for a refund or an exchange in case the wrong item was shipped. We only provide return labels in case the issue was due to our mistake.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days from the ordered item at
magnolia@achelbeauty.net or call us at 929-444-6813 to alert us of the damage or mistake. Then, return the damaged or wrong item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged or wrong item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price for your item.
